Guyana Patient Survey

Your opinion matters!
This is an invitation for you to participle in a study on Guyana’s public health system. If you are a Guyanese citizen over 18 years old, you can share your thoughts on public health by taking the survey found at the following link:
This study is being conducted by Ryan Higgitt, PhD, in association with development INGO Cuso International. Your participation is completely voluntary, and no personal information relating to identity is collected in any way at any time.
The survey takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes to complete, and will be open for responses until February 13, 2015. Please feel free to forward the survey link on to Guyanese friends and colleagues.
